Conway Hall


Conway Hall is owned by the charity Conway Hall Ethical Society and was first opened in 1929. The name was chosen in honour of Moncure Daniel Conway (1832 – 1907), anti-slavery advocate, out-spoken supporter of free thought and biographer of Thomas Paine.


Their Library holds the Ethical Society’s collection, which is the largest and most comprehensive Humanist Research resource of its kind in the United Kingdom.

Dress code, exciting and colourful,

Make your way upstairs to the 1929 Library. Please take your seat starting from the front, as there are no seating plans.

Recently played Surinder in Run, Rebel which was shown at the Mercury Theatre before moving to Belgrade Theatre Coventry, Derby Theatre and York Theatre Royal.

Asha recently played Harpreet in Eastenders.


Asha's credits include Josephine/Priest/Lucy in the National Theatre’s tour of Jekyll & Hyde directed by Kirsty Housley, and Haleema on Emmerdale, Line of Duty & Doctor Who.
